Junior Sales Executive

09:00am- 17:30pm Monday – Friday

THE ROLE:

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be working closely with the Sales Director and will be responsible for building and managing the database through calls and client visits, both with the Sales Director and on your own

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building a strong in-depth product knowledge  

  • Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of the operations

  • Consistently achieving monthly targets  

  • Strategically generate new business leads, utilizing your language skills to identify, research and contact the key decision-makers of potential customers  

  • When communicating, ensure you are accurately and concisely delivering the brand's value propositions  

  • Manage and build a strong rapport with existing prospects and accounts in order to facilitate retention.  

  • Track quotation through the procedure, ensuring full communication with all parties

  • Maintain accurate, relevant, and meaningful databases of information

  • Attend exhibitions, company meetings and sales briefings as required  

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurized environment.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.  

  • Valid Driving License, own transport   

  • Outgoing, confident, persistent, and ambitious personality  

  • Passion for selling and negotiating  

  • Persistent and persuasive  

  • Motivated to achieve results  

  • Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Be a positive and driven individual, with the tenacity and target driven attitude of a salesperson  

  • Must have intermediate IT skills  

  • at least 1 years experience in a similar role is required
